Our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide in excellent service for our established and future clientele:
appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to ensure full service. We do our best to accommodate late-comers, but your appointment may be shortened and you will incur the full fee for abbreviated services.
cancellations
Please contact us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. An invoice will be emailed for all late cancellations and no shows. A credit card is required to secure future appointments.
cell phones
For the comfort of our guests, please quiet cell phones while in the salon.
payment
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, or personal check. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 fee. Please be advised that we do not accept checks or credit cards for gratuities. Please plan accordingly.

Gratuity is at the discretion of our guests and is greatly appreciated. We appreciate you thanking us for the services provided.
